Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- At least two years of full-time experience working with children ages 0-5
- Valid North Carolina Child Development Professional (CDP) license
- Experience with curriculum development and implementation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
