After School Site Director / Early Learning Professional

About the role

AlphaBEST Education provides extended day, summer, and enrichment programs in Bryan, TX, serving Bryan ISD. As an AlphaBEST Site Director, you will lead an after-school program that inspires and engages students.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the site: schedules, ratios, staffing, and documentation
• Oversee/facilitate curriculum implementation and ensure activities meet program expectations
• Build a safe and inclusive environment aligned with licensing requirements and AlphaBEST standards
• Maintain licensing compliance, documentation, and readiness for inspections
• Track and manage site resources, attendance, and food program requirements
• Supervise and mentor your site team, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring training requirements are met
• Represent AlphaBEST with professionalism at school and community events
• Build strong relationships with families, school staff, and AlphaBEST leadership to support student success

Requirements

• Must have a BA/BS or CDA in education
• At least 3 years of experience in a school-age program or teaching setting preferred
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations
• Provide proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing standards

$18.00 an hour, based on education.

2:30 pm - 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday (No weekends! Part-time).
