After School Site Director / Early Learning Professional

About the role

AlphaBEST Education provides extended day, summer, and enrichment programs in Caddo Mills, TX, serving Caddo Mills ISD. As an AlphaBEST Site Director, you will lead a meaningful after-school program that helps kids learn, grow, and thrive.

Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the site: schedules, ratios, staffing, and documentation. - Oversee/facilitate curriculum implementation and ensure activities meet program expectations. - Build a safe and inclusive environment aligned with licensing requirements and AlphaBEST standards. - Make child safety the top priority at all times. - Maintain licensing compliance, documentation, and readiness for inspections. - Track and manage site resources, attendance, and food program requirements. - Supervise and mentor your site team, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring training requirements are met. - Represent AlphaBEST with professionalism at school and community events. - Build strong relationships with families, school staff, and AlphaBEST leadership to support student success.

Requirements

- Must have a BA/BS or CDA in education. - Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs. - At least 3 years of experience in a school-age program or teaching setting preferred. - Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations. - Provide proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing standards.
