After School Program Director & Facilitator

Responsibilities

• Program FACILITATION, Leadership & Management
• Develop, implement, and evaluate the after school program’s curriculum and daily schedule.
• Cookout after school pick ups and lead the Agile Explorers program.
• Ensure all activities align with the program’s mission and goals (e.g., enrichment, academic support, creativity, social-emotional development).
• Provide leadership in maintaining a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment.

• Make adventure out of the mundane and celebrate all the tiny wins.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating and directing Agile after school programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle behavior issues professionally and with care.
• Organized and detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping skills.
• Experience managing budgets and securing funding.
• Ability to coordinate with school personnel, local organizations, and community partners.
