After School Program Coordinator (Expanded Learning)

Requirements / Qualifications

• Associates Degree Required, but B.A./B.S. Degree highly preferred
• Must have a High School diploma and at least two years of related experience coordinating or overseeing an enrichment program for students
• Submit on-line application with resume and three letters of reference

Supervise and Oversee the Recreation Enrichment Expanded Learning Program (After School Program)

• Maintain budgeting
• Tutoring and working with at-risk student population
• Willing to assist with after school program snacks and after school supervision
• Create and oversee the lesson plans provided by ASP Tutors
• Ensure Program remains in compliance with Federal & State Laws
• Maintain ERC daily attendance database

Attend Monthly Site Lead Meetings

• With Fresno County Office of Education

Create and Oversee Monthly Activities Calendars

• Collaborate with Site Administration

Maintain Safety and Well Being of Students

• Ensure the safety and well being of Students enrolled in program

Skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suits
• Ability to lead others
• Great written & communication skills
• Bi-lingual preferred (not required)
