About the Family

We are a busy, active family of five consisting of Mom, Dad, our 12-year-old daughter, our 9- and 8-year-old sons, and our friendly dog. Our children are fun, kind, and full of personality, and we love spending quality time together despite our busy schedules. As a family, we enjoy staying active, trying new experiences, and making the most of our time together. Whether we're swimming, attempting a family board game (with varying degrees of success!), watching baking shows, or cooking together in the kitchen, we value creating lasting memories and sharing lots of laughter along the way. We are looking for someone who will enjoy becoming part of our family's adventures and building meaningful relationships with our wonderful kids.

About You

We are looking for an adaptable, energetic, and trustworthy nanny who takes initiative and thrives in a busy household. Our ideal candidate is creative, fun, and enjoys being actively involved with children, whether that's playing basketball, swimming, playing games, or planning engaging activities. We value someone who can build strong relationships with the kids while also setting clear expectations and encouraging them to grow and make positive choices. Experience caring for multiple children of similar ages is preferred, along with a good sense of humor, resilience, and the ability to balance being both a fun role model and a responsible adult. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who will become a positive, dependable part of our family's daily life.

Job Duties

• Light household support including tidying common areas and helping keep the home organized
• Preparing dinner
• Picking up the children from school (bus pick-up may vary)
• Assisting with snacks and homework
• Helping children get ready for after-school activities or sports
• Engaging the children in outdoor play or other fun activities while encouraging them to complete their responsibilities before relaxing for the evening

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with multiple children around the same ages
• Driving is required (family vehicle will be provided)

Schedule

Starting as soon as August 31st, Monday-Friday from 2:30-6:30 pm, through the school year with the possibility to extend into summer.

Pay

Starting at $21/hour
