After School Group Leader / Early Learning Education Professional

About the role

AlphaBEST Education provides extended day, summer, and enrichment programs in Argyle, TX, part of the Argyle ISD. We are seeking an experienced early learning professional to join our team as an AlphaBEST Group Leader.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities including World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts
• Ensure child safety is the top priority at all times
• Keep the space clean and organized
• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by the state childcare licensing agency
