About the role
As an AlphaBEST Group Leader, you'll help shape meaningful after-school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive.
Responsibilities
- Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts)
- Make child safety the top priority at all times
- Keep the space clean and organized
- Create an environment where kids feel supported and included
- Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)
- Successfully complete a background check as required by the state childcare licensing agency
Benefits

- $15.00/hr pay
- Flexible hours: 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday
