After School Enrichment Program Lead-Lake Elsinore, CA

Pay: $21 per hour

About the role

As the Enrichment Program Lead for the Lake Elsinore programs, you will provide extra support where needed, cover classes when there's a call-out, and help troubleshoot day-to-day issues. Additionally, you will serve as a vital liaison between the Lake Elsinore team and the Area Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping lifelong memories that children will cherish within a dynamic environment built on innovation, excitement, and adventure. Our mission is to inspire a sense of wonder and exploration while fostering a positive and supportive work environment for the team.

Schedule

Elementary hours: 12:15 PM – 5:15 PM
Middle school hours: 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM

Location(s): 5 elementary schools (Ronald Reagan, Wildomar, Donald Graham, William Collier, Lakeland Village) and 1 middle school (David A. Brown).

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students through exciting adventures in fitness, the arts, technology, and more.
• Work collaboratively with peers to ignite children's sense of wonder.
• Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students' interests and talents.
• Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, and parent relationships are fostered.
• Provide extra support where needed, cover classes when there's a call-out, and help troubleshoot day-to-day issues.
• Serve as a vital liaison between the Lake Elsinore team and the Area Manager.

Requirements

• Must have completed 48 college credits or passed a paraeducator exam.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
• Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations.
