After School Club Site Director

Essential Functions

• Create and supervise age appropriate activities.
• Create and maintain strong lines of communication with parents.
• Supervise participants and staff with facilitating program rules, regulations, and safety concerns.
• Work collaboratively with peers.
• Identify and respond appropriately to participant behavior issues.
• Maintain accurate program records including incident reports, and daily attendance.
• Know and understand all emergency procedures associated with the After School Club program.
• Aid in the resolution of conflicts and/or violations of rules with parents, children or other parties that relate to the program and its operation.
• Participate in daily After School Club activities to serve as a beneficial role model to participants.

Requirements

• Loves working with children.
• Patient and flexible.
• Strong communication skills.
• Enjoys having fun.
• Team player.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and be on your feet for long periods of time.
• Passes a background check.
• At least 18 years of age.

Wage Range

$23 - $28, starting pay at the base of the range.
