Sticky Fingers Cooking is looking for enthusiastic part-time After School Children's Enrichment Cooking Instructors in the Highlands Ranch area to help cultivate culinary curiosity in kids. If you're passionate about cooking, have experience working with kids, and are looking for a fun, flexible, and meaningful part-time job, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on cooking classes: teach kids how to chop, mix, measure, and create healthy, exciting recipes from around the world.
• Spark creativity: introduce kids to new ingredients, cuisines, and cultures in an engaging, interactive way.
• Stay organized: prepare for classes using provided curricula, shop for fresh ingredients, and set up fun, safe kitchen environments.
• Be the face of fun: inspire and encourage kids as they gain confidence in the kitchen.

Who You Are

• Experienced in working with kids of various ages and backgrounds.
• Available to teach 1-hour classes (on campus 90+ minutes) at least 2 days a week between 2–5 PM, Mondays–Thursdays.
• Must be available beginning at 2 PM.
• Punctual, reliable, and comfortable managing groups of 8–14 kids.
• Must arrive on campus 20–30 minutes prior to scheduled class time (varies per school).
• Able to commit to teaching sessions that run 4–12 weeks.
• Willing to obtain a ServSafe Food Handler Certification.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs to store and transport materials.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and be able to drive.

Benefits

• Accrued Leave: Up to 48 hours of paid leave per year for a variety of health- and safety-related purposes, earned at a rate of 1 hour of leave for every 30 hours worked.
• Public Health Emergency (PHE) Leave: Up to 80 hours of PHE-related leave when a PHE is declared.
