The Role
Thales Academy seeks After-School Care Staff who can positively impact students, value teamwork, and have a passion for working with children.
Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and support to students during after-school hours.
- Ensure safety and well-being of students.
- Support students' academic progress through additional learning activities.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student progress and needs.
Requirements
- High School graduates are welcome to apply.
- A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to growth.
Qualifications
- Great organizational skills.
- The ability to interact well with both students and their families.
Benefits
- Compensation: $30/hr.
- Schedule: 2:45pm - 6:00pm, Monday through Friday.
- Follows Thales Academy's year-round academic calendar.
