After School Care Staff

The Role

Thales Academy seeks After-School Care Staff who can positively impact students, value teamwork, and have a passion for working with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and support to students during after-school hours.
• Ensure safety and security of students in accordance with Thales Academy policies.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support student learning and development.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student progress and needs.

Requirements

• High School graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to growth.

Qualifications

• Great organizational skills.
• Ability to interact well with both students and their families.

Benefits

• Flexible schedule: 2:45pm - 6:00pm, Monday through Friday.
• Compensation: $30/hr.
• Follows Thales Academy's year-round academic calendar.
