After-School Babysitter for Preteens

About the role

We are seeking a responsible and energetic babysitter for four children, ages 14, 13, 11, and 11, in Washington, DC. The role involves supervising and engaging the children from 3:15 PM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with homework
• Ensuring snacks are prepared
• Facilitating outdoor play
• Supporting guitar practice

Requirements

• Responsible and proactive
• Able to create a positive and structured environment

Qualifications

• No pet care required
• No driving required
• Located near George Washington University, Chevy Chase neighborhood

Benefits

• Flexible schedule starting on Saturday, April 11, 2026, and ending on Wednesday, September 30, 2026

Pay

$16 - $18 per hour

Schedule

Monday through Friday, from 3:15 PM to 5:30 PM
