Job Responsibilities
- Profitably grow all areas of the aftermarket business through direct interface with end user customers, dealers, and factory personnel.
- Work with various Corporate cross functional groups to provide product, customer, and dealer feedback.
- Achieve the sales forecast and gross margin targets, for the assigned region.
- Create and execute a sales plan that achieves the sales forecast.
- Perform sales planning and sales analysis using CRM tools and other standard processes.
- Manage and execute processes to maintain pricing, gross margin, and customer payments.
Job Requirements
- A high school diploma is required; advanced education is preferred.
- Five (5) years of previous sales experience is required.
- Experience in the automotive industry is required.
- Excellent communications skills are required.
- An understanding of difference and the effect on life cycle cost is preferred.
- A working knowledge of dealer and customer business practices is required.
- A willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations is required.
