Who You Are & What You’ll Do
- Plan and efficiently execute daily work activities
- Help manage and control SLOB inventory
- Assure the quality and accuracy of all work activities
- Maintain inventory accuracy and an appropriate level of WIP inventory
- Managing and training employees
- Promote and implement continuous improvement
- Assure that all paperwork is correctly filled out and submitted to the office for data entry
- Enforce discipline and safety on the floor
- Achieve good employee relations
- Identify product quality issues
- Develop and promote continual improvement by maintaining compliance with quality, safety, and environmental certifications.
- Communicate activities and regular data to the CSS Operations Manager
- Supervise activities in the absence of the manager
- Work Experience
- Previous Supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
- Previous planning and or MRP experience
- MS Office/PC proficiency
- Education
- Post High School Degree in a related area (or proven job experience)

- Additional / Optional Skills
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
- Warehouse Management System experience
- Certified forklift driver
