Who You Are & What You’ll Do

  • Plan and efficiently execute daily work activities
  • Help manage and control SLOB inventory
  • Assure the quality and accuracy of all work activities
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and an appropriate level of WIP inventory
  • Managing and training employees
  • Promote and implement continuous improvement
  • Assure that all paperwork is correctly filled out and submitted to the office for data entry
  • Enforce discipline and safety on the floor
  • Achieve good employee relations
  • Identify product quality issues
  • Develop and promote continual improvement by maintaining compliance with quality, safety, and environmental certifications.
  • Communicate activities and regular data to the CSS Operations Manager
  • Supervise activities in the absence of the manager
  • What You’ll Need to Succeed

    • Work Experience
    • Previous Supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
    • Previous planning and or MRP experience
    • MS Office/PC proficiency
    • Education
    • Post High School Degree in a related area (or proven job experience)
    • Personal characteristics
    • Responsible; People oriented; Team player; Leader; Organized; Dependable; Decisive; Motivated; Proactive; Problem solving skills; Technical aptitude
    • Additional / Optional Skills
    • Bilingual Spanish a plus
    • Warehouse Management System experience
    • Certified forklift driver

    Pay

    Salary Range: $60,000 to $65,000 commensurate with experience.
