Role Overview

Avanciers is seeking a highly skilled Google Cloud Developer to join their team for an exciting long-term contract with one of their esteemed clients, based in Charlotte, NC (Onsite).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade Conversational AI solutions using Google CCAI, Dialogflow CX, and Google GECX Playbooks.
• Build and integrate AI-powered virtual agents using Python, REST APIs, and cloud-native application development on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Develop scalable API orchestration, backend integrations, and workflow automation to deliver seamless customer engagement experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy, optimise, and maintain secure, high-performance conversational AI solutions following enterprise best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing and deploying conversational AI solutions using Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong understanding of Dialogflow CX, Google GECX Playbooks, and Python programming.
• Experience with REST APIs and cloud-native application development.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform services such as Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, and Cloud Storage.
• Experience with API management tools like Apigee or Kong.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in software development and AI solutions.
