After Hours On Call Triage Visit RN

About the Role

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to be available on-call outside of normal business hours to triage patients via phone and make home visits when necessary.

Schedule

Full-time, block schedule of 7 days on and 7 days off. On-call hours are generally 5pm - 8am Monday through Friday and 8am - 8am on weekends.

Pay

Annual salary range: $80,000 - $95,388.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice as an RN in the state of Minnesota, with an active and good-standing license
• Minimum of twelve (12) months of registered nursing experience within the last five (5) years, or evidence of current (within the last 12 months) clinical knowledge as deemed appropriate by the DHCS
• One (1) year of hospice or home care experience preferred
• Able to travel within the geographic area serviced by the office
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
• CPR certification
