About the role
Cohen Liuzzo PLLC is seeking Senior Counsel or Partner with 8+ years of sophisticated transactional affordable housing/LIHTC experience. This is an opportunity to bring your expertise to a growing transactional real estate practice that handles complex, multi-layered, national affordable housing transactions—work that is both challenging and rewarding.
Requirements
- 8+ years of sophisticated transactional affordable housing/LIHTC experience
- Experience representing owners/developers of affordable housing
- Key roles in complex property acquisitions/dispositions, joint ventures, development deals, and financing transactions
- Experience with community development financing structures, including LIHTC, tax-exempt bonds, and other affordable housing incentives
- Ability to independently "run a deal" and supervise deal team members
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Confident drafting and editing abilities
- A commitment to excellence and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Pay
$300K–$400K, commensurate with experience, with profit-sharing potential
