About the role
We are seeking talented and passionate individuals to join our team at Axis Residential, the in-house management company for Affinity Living Communities. Responsibilities
- Drive occupancy of the community to meet both short-term and long-term leasing goals through relational selling.
- Build a strong rapport with prospective and current residents.
- Support and assist the Community Director in the overall operation of the assigned community.
- Maintain resident files and assist with leasing, marketing, and resident relations for the community.
- Build a strong rapport with residents, prospects, regional team, and on-site team.
- Be responsible for the overall operations of the community while maintaining the maximum revenue potential of the property.
Requirements
- Must be a team player who takes a “we over me” approach to building and sustaining relationships with others.
- Must be determined, ambitious, and self-motivated.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Previous property management, leasing, senior living, hospitality, and/or other relevant industry experience.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office, property management software (i.e., Yardi, On-Site), and CRM solutions.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
- Valid driver’s license and insured, operable vehicle.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalency certificate.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills; must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.

Pay
$23-$26 per hour (DOE) for Leasing Consultants & Assistant Community Directors, $34-$38 per hour (DOE) for Community Directors.
