About the Role

We are looking for relational and driven Maintenance Technicians and Maintenance Supervisors to join our active adult portfolio of Affinity Living Communities in Western Washington.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the site team to carry out the daily maintenance needs of the community while building rapport with residents and team members.
  • Ensure the community is in good working condition and meets company standards.
  • Lead the on-site maintenance team.
  • Oversight of daily repairs, service requests, unit turns, and preventable maintenance.
  • Build strong positive relationships with residents, on-site team, and regional team.

Requirements

  • Team player who takes a “we over me” approach to building and sustaining relationships with others.
  • Determined, ambitious, and self-motivated.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in property, facility, hotel maintenance, or other relevant industries.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office, property management software (i.e., Yardi, On-Site), and CRM solutions.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
  • Valid driver’s license and insured, operable vehicle.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalency certificate.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills; must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.

Pay

$25-$26 per hour (Maintenance Technician)

$31-$33 per hour (Maintenance Supervisor)

Schedule

This role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
