About the role

We are seeking Maintenance Technicians and Maintenance Supervisors to join our team at Affinity Living Communities in Eastern Washington. This role involves carrying out daily maintenance needs, managing service requests, overseeing unit turns, and preventing maintenance issues. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with residents, on-site team, and regional team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily maintenance needs of the community
• Build rapport with residents and team members
• Ensure the community is in good working condition and meets company standards
• Oversee daily repairs, service requests, unit turns, and preventable maintenance
• Build strong positive relationships with residents, on-site team, and regional team
• Work evenings and weekends as necessary

Requirements

• Must be a team player with a “we over me” approach
• Must be determined, ambitious, and self-motivated
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in property, facility, hotel maintenance, or other relevant industries
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office, property management software, and CRM solutions
• Valid driver's license and insured, operable vehicle

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency certificate

Skills

• Excellent communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing in English)

Pay

$24-$26 per hour (Maintenance Technician)

$30-$31 per hour (Maintenance Supervisor)

Schedule
