Responsibilities
- Provide counseling services to a diverse range of clients facing personal, professional, or family-related challenges;
- Deliver short-term interventions using a solution-focused and collaborative approach;
- Manage a varied caseload and support clients with different levels of risk;
- Facilitate referrals to appropriate community resources when necessary.
Requirements
- Hold a master’s or doctoral degree related to psychology;
- Be a member in good standing of your professional order in Quebec;
- Have a minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience;
- Be fluent in French;
- Possess post-graduate counseling experience with diverse populations;
- Be able to establish short-term therapeutic goals using a solution-focused approach;
- Be comfortable managing high-risk clinical situations and familiar with available community resources.
