About the Role
The Aesthetics Territory Manager is responsible for presenting products and services to potential clients, identifying consumer characteristics, and recommending strategies to promote and sell products. Key duties include designing sales plans, cultivating client relationships, and evaluating costs to determine pricing.
Responsibilities
- Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and report progress to executives
- Act as the primary point of contact for existing and potential customers within the assigned territory
- Identify local business opportunities and challenges
- Report on regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually)
- Present products and services to prospective customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions
- Collaborate with sales teams and internal departments to meet individual and group sales quotas
- Answer customer questions about features, pricing, and additional services
- Cross-sell products when appropriate
- Collaborate with sales representatives from different territories to share best practices
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers to understand their business objectives
- Stay informed about industry-specific trends, economic indicators, supply and demand, and competitors
- Contribute positively to team efforts and accomplish related results
- Maintain working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP/CGTP, and other relevant regulations
- Maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality for scheduled work hours and meetings
- Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities within defined timeframes
- Demonstrate flexibility to work outside normal business hours, including weekends, with reasonable advance notice
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least 2-5 years of experience in sales management or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field from an accredited college or university (preferred)
- Clearance of a favorable background investigation
