Responsibilities

• Create curated client experiences tailored to each guest’s needs.
• Customize no-downtime laser facials and skincare routines based on guest preferences.
• Support store operations by improving efficiency and accuracy in all processes.
• Assist with staff orientation, training, and development.
• Ensure timely patient visits by establishing adequate staffing levels.
• Maintain strong communication skills and multitasking abilities.
• Participate in enhancing Skin Laundry culture by supporting team members and promoting inclusivity.

Requirements

• A current State Advanced Esthetician License.
• Certification in laser devices.
• At least 2 years of experience in skin care/aesthetics and customer service.
• Outgoing personality with a calming presence.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow company medical standards and protocols.
• Ability to work weekends and 40+ hours per week.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Patient service attitude.
• Polished, natural, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to prioritize client safety and customer service.
• Experience using CRM databases (such as Zenoti) is a plus.

Schedule/Availability

Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays, and ideally have availability for one additional weekday. Will work a minimum of 1 day a week, but can flex up to 2 days based on business needs. Must be available to work during Clinic Operating Hours (as posted on website).
