Key Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced skin treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, DiamondGlow, B12 injections, dermaplaning, extractions, and other approved aesthetic services
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, including lymphatic drainage and recovery support, as appropriate
- Develop customized treatment plans based on each client’s skin type, concerns, goals, and provider recommendations
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines, post-treatment care, and recommended products to support optimal results
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of treatment rooms, equipment, and tools, ensuring all infection control and safety procedures are followed
Qualifications
- Current aesthetician or esthetician license in good standing, as required by state regulations
- Experience performing advanced skincare treatments in a spa, medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatment protocols, client assessment, and post-treatment care
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Total Rewards
The referenced base salary range represents the low and high end of Specialty Care Networks’ salary range for this position. Some candidates will not be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s geographical location, skills, work experience, market conditions, internal equity, responsibility factor and span of control, education/ training and other qualifications.
