Aesthetic Sales Representative (B2B Skincare/Med Aesthetic exp req)

About the role

Our client in the professional skincare industry seeks an Aesthetic Sales Representative to own and grow the Arizona territory. This remote, field‑based role involves representing a science‑driven professional skincare brand sold exclusively through licensed practitioners — medical spas, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and estheticians. You will focus on new business acquisition, relationship management, and territory growth through customer education rather than order‑taking. Start date: ASAP. Sponsorship is not available and relocation assistance is not provided.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the Arizona territory with a focus on new business acquisition
• Identify, qualify, and open new professional accounts while growing existing relationships
• Conduct regular in-person and virtual sales calls
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry events, and market research
• Present product lines, treatment protocols, and business-building strategies to client prospects
• Collaborate with internal training teams to provide ongoing education and support to customers
• Assist customers with product launches, treatment integration, and practice growth strategies
• Maintain accurate customer and prospect records
• Attend regional and national meetings, trade shows, and educational events as required
• Consistently achieve territory sales goals and performance objectives

Qualifications

• 3+ years B2B outside sales experience required
• Experience in professional skincare or medical aesthetics industries required
• Proven track record of achieving business development goals required
• Strong public speaking, communication, and relationship-building skills required
• Experience using CRM tool required

Pay

Salary: $75,000–$95,000 DOE + Commission + $500/Month Car Allowance

Schedule

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote. Travel: Daytime travel 3-4 days/week within a 2-hour radius, limited overnight travel.
