About the role
Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives to start September 14th, 2026. You can help others organize their home. As a Closets by Design Designer, you can enjoy the flexibility of working from home. We provide pre-set appointments with nice people just like you, close to your home. You will receive complete sales and design training, so no experience is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Direct track to become a Senior Sales Designer with pay/bonus increase
- Hybrid remote position with an open and flexible schedule
- 12-week paid sales training and ongoing mentorship
- Pre-set appointments with new and repeat clients

Requirements
- No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed though a plus
- Coachable candidates who are reliable and self-motivated
- Growth mindset with willingness to complete 12-week paid sales training
- Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance
