About the Role

Pinch is hiring Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) as 1099 contractors across Washington DC to deliver treatments like tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and facials in clients' homes. Set your own schedule, choose your clients, and build your practice with the backing of an established, top-rated brand. Pinch covers overhead—malpractice insurance, marketing, technology, and ongoing support—and pays top-of-market rates for every treatment.

What It Means To Be a Founding Provider

• Get first access to events, social media features, influencer partnerships, and new opportunities as they launch
• Represent Pinch in your community, building awareness with neighbors, businesses, and others
• Build your own book of clients, treating a minimum of 5 clients per month sourced from your personal network and community

Responsibilities

• Deliver treatments such as tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials safely and to Pinch's clinical standards
• Build your client base by treating clients from Pinch marketing and your own network, converting first-timers into regulars
• Set your own schedule, working an average of 10-20 hours per week
• Grow your business using Pinch's marketing tools for outreach, retention, and referrals
• Manage your supplies and maintain accurate, timely client records

Requirements

• Active APRN license in Washington DC
• Certification in injectables—or readiness to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification
• If newer to injectables: availability to attend an in-person training in full
