Aesthetic Injector - Med Spa (NP or PA)
About the role
VIO Med Spa is a Nashville-based, nationally recognized franchise, proudly named Entrepreneur Magazine's #1 Med Spa Franchise for three consecutive years. The Modesto location is VIO's first in California, owned and operated by a team of longtime partners who are actively invested in the practice and its people, with a physician co-owner providing clinical oversight. The culture is family-forward and team-first: providers, estheticians, and front-of-house work together on the patient experience, and ownership invests in training and growth.

- Grow into the wellness side of the practice, including medical weight management, hormone optimization, IV therapy, and peptides, as the program expands.
- Develop personalized treatment plans, obtain informed consent, and keep accurate EMR documentation per protocol.
Requirements
- Active California NP or PA license in good standing. PA candidates should have, or be able to obtain, a Delegation of Services Agreement with the medical director.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on aesthetic injecting with neuromodulators and dermal fillers, comfortable working independently from day one.
- Comfort practicing within medical-director oversight and established protocols, with a clear escalation path.
- A DEA registration (or willingness to obtain one), medical weight-management or hormone experience, biostimulator and advanced-filler skill, and familiarity with Allergan, Galderma, and Revance product lines are all strong advantages.
