Aesthetic Nurse Injector - Med Spa (RN)

About the role

VIO Med Spa is a Nashville-based, nationally recognized franchise, proudly named Entrepreneur Magazine's #1 Med Spa Franchise for three consecutive years. The Modesto location is VIO's first in California, owned and operated by a team of longtime partners who are actively invested in the practice and its people, with a physician co-owner providing clinical oversight. The culture is family-forward and team-first: providers, estheticians, and front-of-house work together on the patient experience, and ownership invests in training and growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic injectable treatments (neuromodulators and dermal fillers) under the practice's California standardized procedures and physician oversight.
• Build and retain a loyal patient book through natural-looking results and honest education.
• Deliver a comprehensive, consultative patient experience focused on quality outcomes rather than volume.
• Collaborate with the team, including estheticians who assist during treatments, and keep accurate EMR documentation per protocol.

Requirements

• Active California RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on aesthetic injecting with neuromodulators and dermal fillers, comfortable working independently from day one.
• Availability to start part-time and scale to full-time, with Saturday flexibility for occasional events and pop-ups.
• Biostimulator and advanced-filler skill, laser or skin-treatment experience, an established patient following, and familiarity with Allergan, Galderma, and Revance product lines are all strong advantages.

Benefits

• Schedule + Compensation $60–$65/hr commensurate with experience, plus a 5% commission on services.
• The schedule starts part-time and scales toward full-time as your patient base grows, so your hours expand with the book you build.
• Saturday flexibility is preferred for occasional events and pop-ups.
