Job Overview/Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and patient-focused Aesthetic Certified Medical Assistant to support clinical and administrative functions in a fast-paced aesthetic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including taking vital signs and assisting with or administering injections as required
• Accurately document patient information, treatments, and care plans in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems such as Aesthetic Pro
• Utilize both desktop and mobile technology for efficient clinical documentation and communication
• Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with patients, building rapport, and ensuring a positive experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized clinical environment in compliance with healthcare standards
• Support front and back-office operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and data entry
• Uphold a high level of professionalism, accountability, and reliability in attendance and performance

Primary Skills

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification
• Patient care and clinical support experience
• Experience Administering Injections (preferred in Aesthetic Settings)
• Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service excellence

Secondary Skills (Good To Have)

• Experience with Aesthetic Pro or similar aesthetic software
• Knowledge of cosmetic/aesthetic procedures
• Multitasking and time management skills
• Basic administrative and front desk experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential required
• Prior experience in a clinical or aesthetic healthcare setting preferred
• Basic computer and mobile technology proficiency
