Responsibilities

• Reports to Production Manager
• Able to set up and operate GTAW and GMAW Welding Machines
• Able to weld aluminum and steel
• Basic measurement using calipers
• Tig, Mig, Stick welding

Requirements

• Mandatory: Fusion Welding for Aerospace Applications Specifications
• Experience working with 0.010-0.030 tolerances is a MUST
• Basic understanding of welding symbols per AWS 2.4
• Basic blueprint reading
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a welder or supervisor’s approval of welding test plates.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Pay

$28-$38/hr, depending on experience.
