Aerospace Motors & Controls Technician

Position Summary

We are seeking a Motors & Controls Technician with a strong technical foundation and a natural ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial electrical and control systems. This role is ideal for someone who has grown up fixing things; whether in a manufacturing plant, a family farm, construction sites, maintenance shops, or similar hands ' on environments, and is comfortable working with motors, controls, and equipment that doesn ' t come with a manual solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial motors, motor controls, and electrical systems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving PLC connected equipment, VFDs, and 3 phase power systems.
• Produce clear, organized, and referenced electrical schematics and documentation.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
• Apply systematic troubleshooting methods to identify root causes, not just symptoms.
• Support upgrades, retrofits, and equipment improvements in partnership with engineering and operations.
• Maintain compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives.
• Assist with cross training and mentoring other maintenance personnel.

Salary Range For Position $ 32.00 - $ 45.00. *The pay range and total compensation package listed above is the expected pay offered for this position at the start of employment. Your pay will be based on multiple factors, including and not limited to your relevant experience level, and skillset while balancing internal equity relative to other employees.
