About the role

Develop, maintain, and manage fully integrated master schedules for research, development, engineering, prototyping, integration, and testing programs. Lead cross-functional planning activities to align technical milestones, resource capacity, funding profiles, and program priorities across multiple projects. Build and maintain resource-loaded schedules that account for labor, facilities, test assets, materials, and long-lead procurement requirements. Integrate design, build, test, and evaluation activities into executable schedules with traceability from requirements through validation and delivery. Coordinate engineering development efforts, including design iterations, prototype builds, configuration changes, and test readiness activities. Conduct schedule risk assessments, scenario planning, and recovery planning to address delays, resource constraints, test issues, and material shortages. Monitor schedule performance, critical path activities, milestone achievement, and other key program metrics, driving corrective actions when needed. Present schedule status, risks, resource conflicts, and program progress to leadership while supporting internal reviews, customer engagements, and strategic planning initiatives.
