About the role
Responsible for performing Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) at the Aerospace Level II Technician (NAS410) level. Duties include inspecting materials and components using various NDT methods such as visual inspection, magnetic particle testing, penetrant testing, and ultrasonic testing.
Responsibilities
- Perform visual inspections of aircraft structures and components to identify defects.
- Execute magnetic particle and penetrant testing to detect surface and subsurface flaws.
- Utilize ultrasonic testing equipment to assess internal material integrity.
- Document findings and prepare reports according to company standards.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in NDT.
- Knowledge of NDT methods and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Pass a background check.
