Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Sales and channel partners to identify, develop, and advance customer opportunities
- Support the sales process by translating customer and partner requirements into technical solutions
- Engage directly with customers and partners to understand applications, materials, and process needs
- Develop and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) projects
- Aid in preparing Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, and quotations
- Contribute to RFQ responses with technically sound and commercially aligned solutions
- Act as a technical advisor to customers and partners throughout the evaluation and decision process
- Support partner enablement through training, technical guidance, and joint customer engagements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution and customer satisfaction
- Provide market, customer, and partner feedback to support product development and roadmap planning
- Develop technical expertise in Aerosol Jet applications to support delivery of professional services and application development projects
- Provide customer training and support on Aerosol Jet technology, materials, and processes as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, materials science, physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in technical sales support, applications engineering, or customer-facing engineering roles
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts and customer value
- Experience in electronics manufacturing, materials, or advanced manufacturing is preferred
- Background or discipline in electronics is a strong plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
Preferred Experience
- Experience in additive manufacturing or printed electronics
- Background supporting RFQs, proposals, or customer evaluations
- Experience working with channel partners or distributors
- Experience delivering customer training or professional services engagements
