Basic Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership skills and behaviors that align with the LM Full Spectrum Leadership imperatives

Experienced at managing cost, schedule, and technical performance of a program using Agile and EVM techniques

Experience in Program/Project Management, forming and leading teams, and financial oversight

Bachelor's degree or higher

What You Will Be Doing

This leader will be responsible for setting the MBE Vision, Mission, Strategy and Governance across the Aeronautics enterprise.

Responsible for driving program management of the Aero MBE Digital Transformation initiatives including the Aeronautics Integrated Digital Environments (Saber and StarDrive), Software Factory (Horizon), and Design Cycle Acceleration (DCA).

The PM will be responsible for setting the MBE vision and strategy, driving the execution and delivery of capabilities, and managing the MBE adoption roadmaps at Aeronautics.
