About the role

This Aero Structure Assembly (ASA) Auditor position is an excellent opportunity for recent retirees or consultants that have experience in some of these assembly processes: fit and alignment, fastening, bushing and bearing installation, sealing of assemblies and components, electrical bond, inspection of aircraft structures (metal and composite), auditing.

Responsibilities

• Enjoy traveling domestically and/or internationally
• A flexible schedule (some auditors perform 1 or 2 audits a month, while others desire to audit every week)

Requirements

• Hands-on work experience in Aero Structure Assembly
• Practical experience in some of these assembly processes: fit and alignment, fastening, bushing and bearing installation, sealing of assemblies and components, electrical bond, inspection of aircraft structures (metal and composite), auditing
• Working knowledge of interpreting drawings, specifications, and work instructions
