Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing overall store productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class guest experience.
• Create, manage, and own your store's business plan to meet KPI goals.
• Analyze reporting and daily sales trends to make real-time, innovative business decisions to achieve store financial goals.
• Recruit, hire, and retain a high-performing team, advocating for their development and encouraging internal opportunities.
• Develop store leadership through training, performance feedback, individual development plans, and annual performance reviews.
• Establish and communicate goals, hold your team accountable to brand standards, and celebrate outstanding performance.
• Maintain AEO Brand Visual Standards by owning visual and merchandising processes, including floorsets, merchandise adjustments, and replenishment.
• Maximize business efficiency through workforce management, including scheduling adjustments based on traffic, calendars, and payroll reports.
• Demonstrate integrity in compensation decisions, ensure audit and shrink results meet Asset Protection Standards, and follow AEO's policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience leading functional teams in a retail management role.
• Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail, priority-setting, and time management skills.
• Ability to lead and develop teams with a general understanding of employment law.
• Effective communication and conflict management skills.
• Business acumen and ability to analyze reporting to drive sales.
• Flexible availability to work during peak guest shopping times.
