Aerie - Stock Associate - Evening (Off-Hours)
About the role
You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador you are an expert at moving product from the stockroom to the sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO brand standards, an eye for visual merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. While the stockroom is your primary base, you flex your skills to support the team and guests on the sales floor as needed, representing AEO values and bringing your real self to work every day.
Responsibilities
- Drive product movement by processing shipments, replenishing inventory, applying markdowns, and merchandising.
- Own the stockroom: keep it organized and efficient, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures are properly stored.
- Identify merchandising opportunities, communicate them to store leadership, develop a plan, and take action.
- Support teammates by stepping in on non‑stock tasks and assisting guests on the sales floor.
- Prioritize safety and follow Asset Protection standards, adhering to all AEO policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Love AEO and Aerie products.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective priority‑setting and time‑management.
- Flexible availability—including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
- Previous experience in a stock‑related role.
Benefits
- 40% off product at both AEO & Aerie year‑round, plus additional seasonal discounts with new floorsets.
- Opportunities to participate in store contests for free merchandise and exclusive prizes.
- Development opportunities, skill‑building, and potential for career advancement.
Pay
Starting pay is determined by factors such as relevant experience and location. Eligible associates may receive paid sick leave, and AEO may provide additional REAL rewards at its discretion. Paid time off, sick leave, and holiday pay vary by job level, location, employment classification (part‑time or full‑time), and years of service.
