Aerie - Stock Associate - Evening (Off-Hours)

About the role

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador you are an expert at moving product from the stockroom to the sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO brand standards, an eye for visual presentation, and a keen attention to detail. While the stockroom is your primary base, you flex your skills to support the team and guests on the sales floor as needed, representing AEO values and bringing your real self to work every day.

Responsibilities

• Maintain brand standards by processing shipments, replenishing inventory, applying markdowns, and merchandising product efficiently.
• Own the stockroom: keep merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures organized and running productively.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, communicate them to store leadership, develop a game plan, and execute corrective actions.
• Support teammates by stepping in on non‑stock tasks and assisting guests whenever needed.
• Prioritize safety and integrity by following asset‑protection standards and adhering to all AEO policies and procedures in both the stockroom and on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective priority‑setting and time‑management abilities.
• Flexible availability—including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends—to keep product moving.
• Previous experience in a stock‑related role (practice makes perfect).

Pay

Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including relevant experience and location. Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may receive paid sick leave, and AEO may provide additional REAL rewards at its discretion. Paid time off, paid sick leave, and holiday pay vary by job level, location, employment classification, and years of service.

Schedule

Part‑time position with flexible availability required, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
