Aerie - Sales Leader (Full-Time)

About the Role

As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading strong Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You oversee daily store operations as needed, train and motivate associates, and drive sales results while representing company values.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales: Maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty through a best-in-class in-store experience, and support leadership in maximizing business opportunities to meet KPIs.
• Lead and motivate teams: Inspire associates through AEO’s core values, hold them accountable to service standards, and serve as a role model on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
• Recruit and develop talent: Prioritize hiring strong talent to meet business needs and train associates to uphold a Guest First culture.
• Set goals and provide feedback: Challenge associates with clear, attainable goals, offer real-time coaching, and celebrate outstanding performance to drive engagement.
• Execute visual and operational standards: Innovate daily procedures for shipment processing, merchandising, and visual standards, ensuring Fitting Rooms meet AEO Brand Standards.
• Maintain integrity: Uphold store safety, Asset Protection standards, and AEO policies while doing the right thing at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience leading teams in a retail management role.
• Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail, priority-setting, and time management skills.
• Business acumen and flexible availability to work during peak guest shopping hours.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
