Aerie - Sales Leader (Full-Time)

About the role

As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading strong Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You oversee daily store operations as needed, train and motivate associates, and drive sales results while representing company values.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales: Maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty, and support Store Leadership in achieving KPI results.
• Lead and motivate teams: Inspire associates through AEO’s core values, hold them accountable to service standards, and model leadership on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
• Recruit and develop talent: Prioritize hiring strong talent to meet business needs and train associates to uphold a Guest First culture.
• Set goals and provide feedback: Challenge associates with clear, attainable goals and offer real-time coaching to drive performance and engagement.
• Maintain visual and operational standards: Execute and innovate daily procedures for shipment processing, merchandising, and visual standards, ensuring Fitting Rooms meet AEO Brand Standards.
• Uphold integrity: Maintain store safety, adhere to Asset Protection standards, and follow AEO’s policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience leading teams in a retail management role.
• Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
• Business acumen and flexible availability to align with guest shopping patterns.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
