Aerie - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time)

About the role

The Merchandise Leader is the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring the store adheres to AEO Brand Visual Standards. Expertise in executing effective Floorsets, marketing, and merchandising updates, along with ensuring the store is "guest ready" through effective replenishment, is key.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience by ensuring the store represents AEO Brand Standards.
• Drive killer Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store are effectively executed to Floorset standards.
• #Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment to keep the store in top shape.
• Ensure the merchandising team understands and maintains AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment.
• Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team.
• Maintain store safety standards and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• A passion for merchandising and a keen attention to detail.
• Strong retail merchandising and visual skills.
• Flexible availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience in retail work and a history of successful performance.

Pay

Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location. Paid sick leave and AEO may provide REAL rewards at its discretion.
