Aerie - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time)

About the role

The Merchandise Leader is the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring the store adheres to AEO Brand Visual Standards. The role involves executing effective Floorsets, managing marketing and merchandising updates, and ensuring the store is "guest ready" through effective replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience by ensuring the store is representative of AEO Brand Standards.
• Drive killer Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store are effectively executed to Floorset standards.
• #Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment to keep the store in top shape.
• Ensure the merchandising team understands and maintains AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment.
• Support the team in maintaining a culture of recognition and celebrating wins with the team.
• Maintain store safety standards and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Love for AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience in retail merchandising and visual skills.

Pay

Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including relevant experience and location. Associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide REAL rewards at its discretion.
