Aerie - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time)

About the role

The Merchandise Leader is the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring the store adheres to AEO Brand Visual Standards. Expertise in executing effective Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and ensuring the store is "guest ready" through effective replenishment is required.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring the store is representative of AEO Brand Standards.
• Drive killer Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store are effectively executed to Floorset standards.
• #Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment to keep the store in top shape.
• Ensure the merchandising team maintains AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment.
• Ensure the merchandising team's #1 priority is always the guest experience. Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team!

Requirements

• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Have strong retail merchandising and visual skills with a history of retail work.
• Have flexible availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Have attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Have a "teamwork" mentality and support the Merchandising Team Leader in maintaining AEO Brand Standards.

• Experience in shrink-reducing strategies.

Pay

Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location. Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide REAL rewards at its discretion.
