Aerie - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time)

About the role

The Merchandise Leader is the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring the store adheres to AEO Brand Visual Standards. The role involves executing effective Floorsets, managing marketing and merchandising updates, and ensuring the store is always "guest ready" through effective replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring the store is representative of AEO Brand Standards.
• Drive killer Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store are effectively executed to Floorset standards - from uppers and bustforms to tables and wardrobers.
• #Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment. Ensure the store stays in tip-top shape by being ready for any merchandising opportunity and taking action!
• Ensure the merchandising team understands how to maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment, making sure your store is always looking #fresh!
• Support the merchandising team's #1 priority being the guest experience. Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team!
• Maintain store safety standards on the Salesfloor and in the Stockroom. Adhere to AEO policies and procedures and commit to shrink-reducing strategies.

Requirements

• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Have strong retail merchandising and visual skills with a history of retail work.
• Have flexible availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Have attention to detail and strong organizational and time management skills.
• Have integrity and ensure store safety standards are maintained.
