Aerie - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time)

About the role

The Merchandise Leader is the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring the store adheres to AEO Brand Visual Standards. The role involves executing effective Floorsets, managing marketing and merchandising updates, and ensuring the store is "guest ready" through effective replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring the store is representative of AEO Brand Standards.
• Drive killer Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store are effectively executed to Floorset standards - from uppers and bustforms to tables and wardrobers.
• #Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment. Ensure your store stays in tip-top shape.
• Ensure the merchandising team's #1 priority is always the guest experience. Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team!
• Maintain store safety standards and adhere to AEO policies and procedures. Participate in store contests for the chance to win FREE merchandise and other exclusive prizes.

Requirements

• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Have strong retail merchandising and visual skills with a history of retail work.
• Have flexible availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Have attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Have a keen eye for merchandising opportunities and be ready to game plan with leadership.

Pay

Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location. Paid sick leave and AEO may provide REAL rewards at its discretion.
