About the role
You are the Store Team Leader's "go-to" in developing and implementing the business strategy and leading the daily operations of the store. Your passion lies in training and coaching your team into high-performing sellers who consistently provide an unforgettable guest experience.
Responsibilities
Drive sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class guest experience.
Analyze reporting and daily trends to make strategic business decisions contributing to the overall financial success of the store.
Develop short and long-term business plans to drive key KPIs, working closely with the Store Team Leader.
Motivate and inspire your team through AEO’s core values, ensuring they rock AEO’s customer service standards.
Hire and train strong talent to ensure the store is staffed to meet business needs, and develop your team to provide outstanding service.
Execute and innovate daily operational procedures, maintain visual standards, and ensure Fitting Rooms are always guest-ready and rocking AEO Brand Standards.
Ensure store safety standards are maintained, adhere to AEO’s policies and procedures, and do the right thing – always.
Requirements
Love AE and Aerie products.
Previously led teams in a retail management role.
Multi-tasks and has attention to detail; prioritizes and manages time effectively.
Knows how to lead and develop teams and has a general understanding of employment law.
Has business acumen and can adapt to changing situations.
